PROTECT
OUR PARK

Intrenchment Creek Park is a 136 acre park in southeast DeKalb County. 40 acres of the park, including the trailhead and urban forest, are at risk of private development via a land swap between DeKalb County and Blackhall Studios. On 2.12.21 a citizen's lawsuit was filed disputing legality of the swap v. DeKalb County and Blackhall Studios. What the court decides will decide the fate of the land. The plaintiff's legal complaint is available here.

Only together can we save this land from development. Donate to the Stop the Swap legal fund today.
